The food and beverage team at the Regency at Dominion Valley is proud to announce Onin Martin as the new Executive Chef. Martin brings a critical eye and discriminating palate to the culinary offerings to the Member dining and banquet facility at the Regency at Dominion Valley to ensure guests enjoy the finest regional and seasonal dishes.
Martin brings his background in hotel and hospitality dining from such notable brands as Sheraton and Westin, which has positioned him as the perfect candidate to oversee the culinary operations at the Regency at Dominion Valley. Martin touts a modern American-Asian fusion style cuisine with French and South American influences, which position him to bring a unique and fresh perspective to the dining experience at the Regency at Dominion Valley.
